Covenant Communications, Inc.

This is one of the top LDS publishers. They are now owned by Deseret Book.

Mapletree Publishing

"Publishing excellent books that gently promote religious values." They don't publish books specifically for the LDS market. For instance, they publish my mainstream homeschooling books.

Spring Creek Book Company:

Publishes books that promote the gospel.

Packer Books

"Mainstream and historical fiction for the Mormon market." Warning: Site has pop-ups and some anti-Mormon ads due to the use of Google ads.

Zarahemla Books:

"We publish provocative, unconventional, yet ultimately faith-affirming stories that yield new insights into Mormon culture and humanity." Not for everyone, obviously--they have one book they describe as a Mormon cyberpunk novel--but clearly some much-needed diversity in LDS publishing.

Parables:

A print-on-demand publisher of less traditional LDS fiction, getting some positive attention. I've seen them described as realistic and more literary than traditional LDS fiction. Their page for authors spells out their terms and desires very well, but you need to read it--a brief quote won't show you what they want.

Segullah

"A  journal designed to encourage literary talent, provoke thought and promote greater understanding and faith among Latter-day Saint women. We publish insightful writings which explore life’s richness and complexity while reflecting faithfulness to the gospel of Jesus Christ." This journal doesn’t appear to pay, except for contest winners, but is clearly a prestigious place to have as a credit.

Deseret Book

The Church-owned publisher. There is great competition to be published here, but they are fairly flexible in what they take.
